Celebrate the season with us at The Meadows on Saturdays and Sundays between 7th and 22nd December, with 'your choice' for Christmas Characters & Crafts!
We launch the celebrations in style on 7th December as we’re joined by the ultimate character - The Grinch - full of his usual ‘seasonal spirit’, and most certainly cheek and naughtiness! You’ll never know where he’s lurking or what he’ll say and do next… particularly with Cindy Lou at his side! Perfect for a photo opportunity.
Character fun continues on 14th December with Stocking Up!, a duo of gigantic socks, bursting with presents, who’ll magically stroll around the mall unaided. Watch the scene unfold as these extraordinary, ‘odd’ socks become the stage for Bear and Rabbit, two enchanting cuddly toys who’ll come to life and spread joy as they go on an exciting journey.
Music with a character twist takes centre stage on 21st December as The Jelly Roller checks in. With roaring renditions of the ever-popular ‘old chestnuts’, this virtuoso performance all takes place from an old-fashioned pram which will meander around the mall! Just join in and sing along or absorb the atmosphere.
Sundays are the days to get creative, ready for Christmas! The crafty team will be on the mall on 8th, 15th, and 22nd December so pop along and show off your skills creating eco-wrap, Christmas cards, and festive decorations! It’s your choice whether to give as gifts or make ‘n’ take as a memento!
