The Witches of Chelmsford
From Monday 27 October to Sunday 2 November, explore Chelmsford and take part in the city centre Witch Trail:
- Pick up or download your very own Witches of Chelmsford Spellbook
- Track down witchy inflatables and window murals hidden around the city
- Discover the history behind these mysterious objects and their connection to witches
- Complete the trail to reveal the magical spell word and claim your exclusive Witches of Chelmsford stickers
- Alongside the trail, enjoy a programme of magical hands-on activities to entertain and educate the whole family
Spellbooks will be available from the Essex Witch Museum Pop-Up in Shire Hall during the event, or downloadable from Monday 13 October.

Magic Potion Bath Bomb Making
Unleash your inner alchemist in this hands-on workshop with LUSH! Create your very own Magic Potion bath bomb, blending enchanting ingredients and irresistible scents. Guided by the LUSH team, you’ll mix, mould, and craft a fizzy masterpiece to take home, perfect for a magical soak after a spellbinding day at The Witches of Chelmsford.

Times/Location: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm & 4pm in Centre Square.
